Terms of Export & Commercial Conditions

1. Incoterms & Commercial Delivery

All export quotations issued by Ariham Argonics adhere to Incoterms 2020 definitions (FOB JNPT/Mundra, CFR, CIF Destination Port). Insurance coverage under CIF terms is provided by Grade-A marine underwriters.

2. Accepted Commercial Payment Terms

• Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at Sight) issued by a prime international bank.
• Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Advance deposit with balance payable against original Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
• Documents Against Payment (CAD / DP) for verified recurring trade partners.

3. Quality Inspection & SGS / Intertek Certification

Buyers reserve the right to nominate independent pre-shipment inspection agencies (SGS, Geo-Chem, or Intertek) at loading port for quantity, moisture, purity, and container sealing verification.

4. Customs & Export Compliance

Ariham Argonics guarantees complete APEDA, Spices Board of India, FSSAI, and Phytosanitary documentation with every container dispatch.
